Bill White is actively involved in the community through charitable and civic organizations. He is a member of the Marietta Metro Rotary Club and Macland Presbyterian Church.
Clients range from individuals to large companies. The practice is focused on providing services for clients in every situation including the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and limited liability partnerships including compliance with state and federal securities laws.
Typical clients in this area include suppliers, distributors, builders, contractors, real estate developers, and individuals.
Matters handled by the firm in this area include negotiating construction contracts, litigation of disputes in both commercial and residential construction, the litigation of defective construction claims, the filing of materialman liens, surety bond claims, Federal Miller Act Claims, the successful foreclosure of such liens, the successful collection of surety bond claims and the review and preparation of construction financing contracts and land line disputes.

Bill White has handled matters for both Condemnees and the Georgia Department of Transportation. We also handle inverse condemnation cases.
Bill White has had numerous successful appeals that clarified existing areas of law including but not limited to DOT v. Ultima Trimble, 204 Ga. App. 309 (1992); DOT v. Ultima Trimble, 214 Ga. App. 607 (1994).
ESTATES AND ESTATE PLANNING
Since 1982, Bill White has provided estate planning services for individuals in all walks of life. We prepare wills, living trusts, and life insurance trusts. The firm has handled will contests on behalf of individuals as well as corporate fiduciaries. Bill White has successfully handled litigation involving will construction in the Supreme Court of Georgia involving the creation and transmission of future interests. Griffith v. Beavers, 259 Ga. 479 (1989).

Bill White represented the Georgia Department of Transportation in developing air rights agreements for the Georgia 400 corridor and negotiated many of the air rights contracts with the businesses and entities along the corridor.
We prepare tax returns for individuals and fiduciaries, handle tax disputes with the IRS and local tax collectors and handle claims for refund and tax assessments.
